Arrival and departure times

What time should I arrive?

In low season, you can access your accommodation from 2pm. In July/August, we hand over the keys from 4pm. In July/August, pitches can be accessed from 1pm.

What time do I have to leave my rental property?

We ask you to vacate your accommodation by 12 noon in low season and 10 a.m. in July/August.

Equipment and services included

Are linens provided?

You’ll find comforters and pillows in the rental units. Sheets and towels are available at extra cost. If you want to travel light, remember to book them in advance.

Do I have to pay for Wi-Fi?

You have free Wi-Fi access throughout the campsite, including in your accommodation.

What type of coffeemaker is available in the rentals?

We offer filter coffee makers. In our Privilège and Premium cottages, these are Nespresso capsule coffee makers.

Is there air conditioning in the rentals?

Yes, but only in the Privilege and Premium ranges.

Do you offer umbrella beds?

Yes, but we have limited stock. Please let us know when you book. The baby kit includes a cot (no extra mattress), a high chair and a bathtub. There is a charge for this service.

Additional options and paid extras

Can I rent a fridge on my pitch?

Yes, there is an additional charge of €9 per day. Please book in advance, as stock is limited. A deposit of €70 is required on arrival.

Is cleaning included?

No, we ask you to clean your rental on departure. Any cleaning not done will result in a deduction from your deposit. You can subscribe to the cleaning option, but it does not include dustbins and dishes.

How much is the deposit?

For rentals outside the Privilège/Premium range, the deposit is €300. For the Privilège and Premium ranges, it is €500. It can be paid by check or credit card.

What is the purpose of the bond?

The security deposit may be retained in the event of damage to the accommodation or cleaning not carried out on departure.

Rules and restrictions

Can I bring my pet?

Dogs and cats are accepted in all our rentals. However, an inventory of fixtures on departure is compulsory.

Are Bermuda shorts allowed in the pool?

No, only “classic” bathing suits and shorts are allowed for swimming.

Can I eat or smoke at the pool?

Eating and smoking are strictly prohibited throughout the pool area, including the solarium.

Can I grill or barbecue on my pitch?

You may only use gas barbecues and planchas on your pitch.

Facilities and common areas

What is the minimum age for the water slides?

The minimum age requirement is 10 years, with a minimum height of 1m20 and a minimum weight of 30 kg.

Are there communal barbecues?

Yes, communal barbecues are available on the campsite. Premium mobile homes are equipped with gas planchas.

Can I park my car next to my rental?

Some units have their own parking space. For others, there are parking lots less than 20 m away.

How many vehicles can I park on the campsite?

In July/August, one vehicle per rental. As space is limited, other vehicles may be parked in the parking lot at the campsite entrance. During the off-season, several vehicles can be parked on request.

Is the campsite guarded?

In July and August, a security guard is on duty all night to ensure your safety.

Area information

Where's the nearest beach?

The nearest beach is Saint-Jean-de-Luz, a 15-minute drive away.

Where's the nearest shopping destination?

In July and August, the campsite offers a convenience store. The E.Leclerc shopping center in Urrugne is a 10-minute drive away. You’re also close to the Col d’Ibardin, where restaurants and mini-markets are open 7 days a week.

Where can I find out about markets/activities in the area?

How can I recharge my vehicle?

The campsite does not yet have electric charging stations. They are available at the E.Leclerc shopping center in Urrugne.

Activities and entertainment

Are there any activities for children?

In July and August, activities are organized for children aged 4 and over and teenagers, Monday to Friday.

What time do the events end?

In July and August, our entertainment team and numerous service providers offer themed evenings until 11pm in the restaurant.

Reservations and special requests

Can I choose my rental property?

You can make a request, but we can never guarantee 100% access to your chosen rental. Technical or scheduling problems may arise.

Are VACAF vouchers accepted?

No, we do not accept VACAF vouchers.
